Medical College & Hospital

With 1000 beds and 1.2 Million sq. ft. area, this is the first medical college & hospital to be set up in this hill station of Kerala. The challenge was to design the infrastructure in the hilly terrain and to design the project to a limited budget of INR 100 Crores. All the design had to be optimized & streamlined to meet this criteria.
