“The project is a partnership between Mwalimu Nyerere Foundation – a non-governmental organisation honouring the legacy of Tanzania’s first president, Julius Kambarage Nyerere – which owns the land and will occupy some of the offices, and the CRJE Estate Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of the China Railway Jianchang Engineering Company. The hotel section will include 191 luxurious hotel rooms and suites and 63 serviced apartments spread across 24 floors operated by Rotana.”
