Indoor Theme Park and Retail Space

IMG Theme Park is only the second indoor theme park to be planned in UAE. The project includes multiple rides, launch coasters, mall, multiplex and food court. The main feature of this project is a huge shell in the shape of a bowl with a maximum height of more than 50 meters, which brought with it the challenge of near-precision air conditioning. Our services included design of all Mechanical, Electrical including Extra Low voltage Services, Plumbing and Firefighting. The project uses 24MW power and the total chiller capacity is 4900TR.
