5 Star Hotel

The Hyatt Regency Arusha occupies a 29-acre site in the heart of Arusha and close to some of Africa’s famous tourist destinations including the Tarangire National Park and Mount Kilimanjaro. This 144-room hotel will cater to the needs of a number of international travelers who visit Tanzania every year.
Involved in the design of MEP Services for this project, SEED Engineering designed electrical systems to deliver about 4.5 MW in power and an air conditioning system to provide about 750 Tons of cooling. SEED Engineering has also provided design services for the 72-room Park Hyatt Zanzibar and 200 key Hyatt Regency Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, being developed by the same stakeholders.
