Sustainability expertise is embedded at all levels of SEED. This expertise is enhanced by a specialist group responsible for undertaking specific sustainability tasks and by a knowledge network that operates across the firm. The incorporation of sustainable building ideas such as green building, intelligent building, and energy efficiency has long been an integral part of SEED's design principle and excellence. We implement these concepts through advanced building control systems, climatically responsive layouts, waste reduction principles, and natural day lighting
We view sustainable development as a journey rather than a single event. We believe that holistic design is the most powerful servant of a sustainable agenda and oppose the view that sustainable buildings must carry a cost premium or result in a loss of amenity.

Capability
We have people within our organization who are LEED certified and have the capability and are engaged in the implementation of sustainable engineering solutions for many blue chip companies. Our work encompasses all sectors of construction, property development and management.
